About Me

Ever since I was a little girl I knew that writing would be a major part of my life. I was always so intrigued with being able to escape my reality and live through someone else's life, not that I had a bad life growing up; it was just fascinating to me. When I was in elementary up until I was in Junior High, I loved to read and my most favorite thing was going to the library. My love for books inspired me to write even more, and at that age I settled on wanting to write novels. When I got into high school, I convinced myself that the formatting for writing novels would be to time consuming, so I moved on to wanting to write scripts, which led me to the Academy of Art University. I love being a student at a university strictly for art students because I feel like we get each other. It was a relief to find out that I'm not the only writer whose family hates watching television with them because we over-analyze things or get really frustrated when a scene on the television is IMPOSSIBLE, and you know the writer shouldn't have written it like that. Yeah, I'm that kind of person.  Recently I decided that I wanted to give writing novels another shot, and since I only have a year left of university, I might as well finish out my Screenwriting degree.

  3. Hi Josie Ann, I am very impressed with your blog. One thing I want to mention is that I also read the area on your parents - The Meaning of True Love. It is wonderful to see people who have been together for a while to still be in love. I believe it was item #5 that indicated that you should kiss your spouse before leaving the house. This is true. I won't ever forget about 30 years ago, my ex-husband who was a postal worker came home and was quite upset. One of his co-workers, who was on the job, was hit by a vehicle. He was alive when they got him to the hospital. He lived for several hours after that. From what I recall, the police didn't notify the wife until the husband had passed away. He couldn't understand why it took so long because the wife didn't have a chance to tell her husband goodbye. What we both learned from that is that we may not see each other again. So, we always kissed each other and said goodbye no matter how upset we were with each other. I am happy to see that of successes and keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing your name in lights in the future.
